Job description
The Bay Club Company is seeking a Membership Leader to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. You’ll recruit members, conduct club tours, and recommend the right options to suit each member.
You’ll maintain sales tracking and forecasts in Salesforce while delivering outstanding service to current and prospective members. You will engage in club events, nurture referrals, and work to grow membership revenue and retention, reporting to the VP of Membership.
