Membership Sales Representative
Uncapped Earnings | Outside Sales | B2B Sales
Are you competitive, driven, and motivated by unlimited earning potential? NFIB is seeking ambitious professionals to join our team as Membership Sales Representatives , helping America's small business owners access the advocacy and resources they need to succeed.
This is a face-to-face outside sales role where you’ll connect with local business owners, generate new business within your work area, and close sales using NFIB's proven sales process. If you enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and controlling your own success, this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
What's In It For You?
100% commission with uncapped earning potential Average annual earnings: $80,000 - $200,000
W-2 employee with full benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more
Up to 13 weeks of performance-based training pay $1,000 per week or commissions earned, whichever is greater
Weekly commission payments
Additional monthly and quarterly bonuses
Monthly mileage reimbursement
Industry-leading sales training and ongoing development
What You'll Do
Prospect and engage small business owners within your assigned work area
Present NFIB's proven value proposition and membership benefits
Overcome objections and confidently close new memberships
Manage your work area, prospecting activity, and sales pipeline independently
Represent NFIB as a trusted resource and advocate for small businesses
Qualifications

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate grit, resilience, coachability, and the drive to overcome challenges. If you bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with others, your background matters less than your potential.
