Membership Sales AssociateSummary: Provide customer service to patrons purchasing memberships and to current members of the facility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with membership salesRegister members for added services offered in the facilityPerform money order/check transactionsAnswer facility and program related questionsPerform general office dutiesProvide members with information on added amenities/exercise programsPerform miscellaneous duties as assignedMinimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):High School Diploma2 years of customer service experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic Computer SkillsTelephone EtiquetteGood Communication SkillsIndividuals holding valid CPR and First Aid Certifications are strongly urged to apply and are highly regarded when employment selection is made (Please have all up to date certifications available).This position is not eligible for benefits.
