Membership Services AssociateWe are seeking a people-focused, detail-oriented Membership Services Associate to serve as a key point of contact for our members, support educational and event operations, and assist with light project and marketing coordination. This role is ideal for someone who loves supporting others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is eager to grow with a mission-driven organization.Key ResponsibilitiesMember Support & CommunicationProvide responsive and thoughtful member support via phone and emailMonitor and manage key inboxes and main phone linesAssist members with sign-ups, renewals, credit card issues, and general questionsGuide members through event registration and education platformsSupport reactivation campaigns and follow-ups on membership lapsesSales SupportCoordinate with the sales support team to ensure seamless handoffsData & Database ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date member recordsPerform list imports and chapter-level member report generationTrack engagement and support reporting effortsEvent CoordinationSupport logistics for webinars, classes, and onsite eventsPost events to websites and coordinate promotional content with marketingAssist with registration outreach and day-of logisticsEducation Platform ManagementAssist in building and updating online classesCoordinate with creative teams for class assets (graphics, videos)Manage instructor setupPrepare class materials (binders, signage, printouts, etc.)Project CoordinationCoordinate small-scale projects and contribute to larger initiativesSupport marketing with social media, video clips, and promotional content for eventsHelp organize special member recognition programs (e.g., awards)Manage podcast scheduling and speaker coordinationMake basic updates to the website (events, announcements, etc.)QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable handling light technical tasks such as updating websites, databases, or platformsAble to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlinesExperience with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and basic content management systems (CMS) is preferredPrior customer service experience in a client-facing role is preferredWhy Join Us?Growth Opportunities – We are committed to training and growing talent from withinCollaborative Culture – Be part of a supportive, mission-focused teamImpact-Driven – Help deliver resources and experiences that make a difference in our member community
