Job description
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to support engaging memory care programs that nurture dignity, joy, and connection for residents. In this role, you’ll help plan and lead small-group and one-on-one activities tailored to cognitive needs, provide gentle reminders and companionship, and assist with daily routines in coordination with care teams. You’ll observe and report changes in residents’ behavior, encourage participation, and foster a safe, respectful environment that reflects Brightview’s resident-first culture and commitment to vibrant senior living.
