Job description
Everbloom Memory Care is seeking an experienced LPN Lead Clinician to join our leadership team in Salem, Oregon. This hands-on role leads the clinical department, develops staff, and ensures timely, organized care for residents as the community grows from ~22 to ~30 residents.
The Lead Clinician oversees admissions, coordinates with physicians and providers, and drives high-quality resident care with a proactive, initiative-taking attitude.
