Job description

Monarch Communities seeks a Memory Care Director to oversee day-to-day Memory Care operations, deliver high-quality care, activities, and programming (including van drives for local outings and fine dining).

Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time exempt role manages staff, budgeting, care plans, training, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, with occasional weekend coverage.
