Job description
Oakmont Management Group seeks a Memory Care Director for its Escondido community. You will lead the Traditions neighborhood, delivering person centered dementia care, coordinating activities, dining, and health services to meet resident plans.
You will partner with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure safety, compliance, and superior resident experiences while growing a compassionate, collaborative team in a vibrant senior living setting.
