Job description
The Bristal in Holtsville, NY is seeking a caring LPN nurse supervisor to become Director of Memory Care. You will oversee the Reflections program, plan and coordinate specialized memory care services, supervise staff, and train team members while advocating for residents and families. This is a hands-on role with occasional direct resident assistance with ADLs.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm. Qualifications include an active LPN license or CDP, at least 3 years in dementia care and 2+
