Jaybird Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead our memory care community, overseeing daily operations, staff leadership, budgeting, occupancy, and resident satisfaction with adherence to regulatory standards.
You will partner with the Healthcare Coordinator, supervise on-site teams, manage finances, and drive occupancy through marketing and community relations, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a supportive environment for residents and families.
