Job description
Silverado Calabasas, a memory care innovator, seeks a driven Sales and Marketing Director (Family Ambassador) to guide families through care decisions with empathy and strategic insight. You’ll lead census growth, assess prospective residents, and drive referrals while representing Silverado’s mission in the community.
Collaborative leader with 3–5 years in customer success or service, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and strong verbal/written communication across audiences.
