Job description
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide for our Memory Care neighborhood. In this on-site role, you’ll provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals for residents living with dementia. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document observations, and promptly report changes to nursing staff. You’ll also engage residents in meaningful, dementia-friendly activities that promote comfort, dignity, and connection. Supported by a collaborative, resident-first team, you’ll receive training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a daily impact in seniors’ lives.
