Everbloom Memory Care in Oregon is seeking an experienced LPN Lead Clinician to join our leadership team. You will oversee daily clinical needs, coordinate with physicians and pharmacies, and lead med techs while ensuring thorough documentation and timely follow-ups.
This hands-on leadership role requires initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to mentor staff as we grow from 22 to 30 residents, with an emphasis on safe admissions and resident satisfaction.
