Job description
Sutter Medical Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Memory Care Specialist to join the Department of Cognitive & Behavioral Neurosciences.
This ambulatory role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care for patients with Alzheimer's and related dementias, including monoclonal antibody infusions and imaging monitoring, in collaboration with CNS, geriatrics, psychiatry, and primary care teams.
