University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians) seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Memory Care team in an outpatient setting at our St. Louis Park location.
You will conduct cognitive assessments, develop care plans with neurologists, and educate patients and caregivers on disease progression and treatment options.
