Job description
Our Lady of the Valley is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care. The DON will ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and active involvement in care planning and staff development.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, remaining on-call around the clock, performing assessments, and coordinating with physicians, pharmacists, and other care providers to support safe, compassionate care.
