Job description
Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Director (Pathways Director) to manage the Memory Care program at Waterview The Cove. The role focuses on resident safety, programming, and staff leadership to meet Alzheimer’s and dementia care needs.
The director will implement the Sagora Pathways program, coordinate with residents’ families and the Executive Director, and ensure quality service within budget while promoting a person-centered approach.
