Job description

Be the Comfort in Someone's AfternoonDo you have a heart for memory care and a gift for making people feel safe, comfortable, and cared for? At Assisting Hands Littleton, we believe great caregiving is about more than completing a checklist. It's about knowing when to offer a helping hand, when to simply sit and listen, and how to turn an ordinary afternoon into a good one. We're looking for a compassionate caregiver to support a wonderful client living with memory loss:Weekday Caregiver: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PMThis is a wonderful opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys building a genuine relationship with a client and becoming a familiar, trusted part of their daily routine. What Your Time Together Will Look LikeYour role will be centered around helping our client feel safe, supported, and respected while encouraging as much independence as possible. It can become a relationship. You may be the person who helps make their afternoon enjoyable, provides reassurance when something feels confusing, shares a laugh and meaningful conversation, or helps them transition into a comfortable evening.
