Carmel Village is seeking a Memory Care/Journey Program Director to lead the dementia care unit. You will oversee staffing, assessments, care plans, and liaison with physicians, hospitals and family members.
The role requires two years of college in gerontology or related field and prior dementia care experience. You will supervise staff, control budgets, and promote resident safety in a busy, compliant environment.
