Job description
Vista Prairie Communities in Willmar, Minnesota is seeking a Memory Care Manager RN who will develop and coordinate care programs for residents with memory loss. You will work in a compassionate environment, ensuring the health and safety of residents through assessments and service plans. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with on-call responsibilities every four weeks.
Candidates must be a registered RN in Minnesota/Iowa. Experience and specialized training are preferred but not required. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our residents!
