Job description
Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in upstate New York is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Unit Manager for the Memory Care Unit. You will lead daily operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
The role offers a Monday-Friday day-time schedule with a $41–$45 hourly wage plus a sign-on bonus. Candidates with long-term care experience and strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
