Job description
Heritage Springs Memory Care in Nevada is seeking a Wellness Director (Health Services) to lead the nursing team and coordinate resident care within our Memory Care program. You will oversee staff, develop service plans, perform daily rounds, and collaborate with physicians and leaders to maintain high quality of life for residents.
This full-time role requires an LPN license and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
