Job description
Elevated Family Care in Colorado Springs, CO, is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner with a men's health focus to join our provider-owned practice. The role splits about half in men’s health and half in general family medicine for women, children and adults.
The position is full-time with 40 hours (four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday), no call, no weekends, and a strong benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance plus a CME stipend.
