We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to see patients at our Bigfork, MN clinic. This position will work closely with our mental health and primary care providers and together create a true healthcare home. Onsite therapy and telehealth therapy will be provided to patients. Qualified candidates are an LICSW or LPCC. LGSWs and LPCs will be considered.
Flexible Work Schedule dependent on provider preference: Primarily out of Bigfork clinic but may rotate to our clinics in Northome clinic once per week. Remote telehealth therapy will be considered as well as part or full time employment.
Working with patients of all ages, the Licensed Mental Health Counselor will assist patients with the management of substance abuse, mental health issues, as well as assisting with social service needs. The position includes but is not limited to counseling services. The provider is encouraged to collaborate with primary care providers who are on-site as well as local health and human services, community resources, referral resources and assistance programs.
