Position Overview
Evolve Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. Work Environment
This position offers a primarily remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a therapeutic rapport with clients. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy based on evidence-based practices, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Special focus will be placed on underserved populations who may face barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust will be vital in supporting clients from varied backgrounds.
Qualifications
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of legal, ethical, and professional standards governing mental health practice.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
Experience specializing in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated competence in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.
Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated client care.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, contingent upon experience and caseload.
