Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges and backgrounds.
Design and implement personalized therapeutic plans grounded in evidence-based techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing modalities appropriate to the client's individual situation, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness practices.
Regularly collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and track progress throughout the treatment journey.
Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients preferring virtual access due to personal preferences or accessibility obstacles.
Ensure that all documentation related to client sessions adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and workshops, to remain informed on the latest therapeutic practices and enhance clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will serve a diverse client population, catering to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship conflicts. Your role will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys, offering them the tools and insights necessary for personal growth and recovery.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid license in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ unique experiences and challenges.
Show strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills necessary for caseload management and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and targeted treatment interventions.
Familiarity with teletherapy systems and virtual client engagement regarding best practices and ethical guidelines.
A history of teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in mental health settings.
Active involvement in relevant professional organizations or initiatives that promote mental health awareness and best practices.

Offering a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
