Job description
Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking contract Nurse Practitioners or Certified Physician Assistants to join its contract network in Unadilla, NY.
You will provide evidence-based psychiatric care via intake and follow-up appointments for children ages 0-17 and adults, with both in-person and virtual options. Responsibilities include medication management, risk assessments, and creating patient-centered treatment plans, while meeting best-practice guidelines.
