Job description
Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking contract NPs or PA-Cs to deliver evidence‑based mental health care in Reading, PA, and across the US. You will conduct 30‑minute video intake and follow‑ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and provide medication management within a connected network.
You will care for children, teens, and young adults with diverse backgrounds, delivering culturally responsive care and partnering with therapy and coaching services.
