Job description
Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking contract NPs or PA-C providers in Huntsville, AL to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care to children and adults via intake and follow-ups. You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching within Lyra’s network.
You will join a provider-led network with flexible scheduling and support from Lyra’s Care Navigation team, focusing on safe, high-quality care in a culturally responsive manner.
