Job description
WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Mental Health Monitor/Sitter to support behavioral health and at-risk patients in a correctional health setting. In this on-site role, you will provide continuous observation, promptly report changes in behavior or mood, and support a safe, therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include documenting observations, following suicide and safety protocols, collaborating with nursing and mental health teams, and maintaining professional boundaries.
