Job description
STELLHER HUMAN SERVICES, INC. in Minnesota is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide direct support and skills training to adults experiencing mental health crises.
You will participate in treatment planning, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and implement interventions from Individual Treatment Plans. You will ensure accurate documentation, observe medications as prescribed, and help clients access community resources.
