Part-Time School-Based Therapist - Free Weekly Licensure Supervision
LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT & Associates (LCSWA, LCMHCA)
Location: Marion, NC (McDowell County)

Free weekly clinical supervision toward full licensure for associate-level clinicians, at no out-of-pocket cost
$34-$37 per hour , commensurate with education and experience

Associate-level clinicians, this one's for you. Paying for supervision toward full licensure can cost thousands of dollars. At The Stepping Stones Group, it's included. You'll get weekly supervision from supervisors who are clinicians first, building your hours toward full licensure without ever getting a bill for it.
The Impact You'll Make
You'll help students work through their emotions, overcome challenges and thrive in school. You'll partner with teachers and parents to find out what's blocking a child's success, and you'll build support for real students facing real challenges. A part-time schedule still gives you the chance to make a lasting difference for students and their school community.
What You'll Do Support student well-being: counseling for emotional, behavioral and social challenges
Build collaborative partnerships: work with educators, parents and administrators to support student success
Design tailored programs: develop meaningful support for diverse student needs
Champion inclusion and belonging: promote a positive school climate where every student feels seen and supported
What You'll Bring A current NC license: LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT, or an associate license (LCSWA, LCMHCA). Associates are strongly encouraged to apply, since supervision is on us.
A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field
School-based mental health experience preferred, not required
