This is a great way to gain valuable experience in the mental health field!Exciting News!We are expanding, seeking qualified staff to assist in the opening of a new CRR in the Sinking Spring area, and for this site only, there is a $ sign-on bonus!!The Mental Health Program Assistant is responsible to assist individuals in acquiring skills of daily living, independent living, and social skills in the residence and in the community. Provide a safe, clean, and homelike environment for each individual and the guidance necessary to achieve independent living skills.Full-time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days, as well as a 401(k) Plan, Tuition Reimbursement, and paid holidays starting day one of employment!!Overtime is also available for those candidates who are interested.Threshold provides comprehensive paid training for all employees.EOE M/F/V/DRequirementsComputer knowledge is a must.Experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus.Valid PA Driver's License.PA Motor Vehicle Record Check.Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver.High School Diploma or GED.
