Job description
LifeStream is seeking a Recovery Specialist at our Leesburg hospital location to support clients on their mental health recovery journey. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide guidance, resources, and counseling, developing individualized recovery plans and facilitating sessions.
The role requires at least 1 year in mental health or behavioral health settings, strong communication, and crisis intervention skills, with a focus on recovery-oriented practices.
