Job description
Association for Mental Health and Wellness is seeking a Mental Health Rehabilitation Practitioner to establish helping relationships with individuals with psychiatric and co-occurring disabilities. You will support access to resources and guide goal planning within a PROS program.
Responsibilities include psycho-educational group work and teamwork with multi-disciplinary colleagues; a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience are required, with immediate availability in Ronkonkoma, NY.
