Job description
Trinity Health is seeking a Patient Safety Champion to provide direct hands-on patient care to patients with mental illness in a secure mental health unit and to support our culture of safety.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or higher, 2 years of direct patient care, and relevant licenses/certifications. Responsibilities include unit rounding, assistance with care, and enforcing safety practices across the unit.
