Behavioral Healthcare OpportunityThis is a great opportunity to work in the behavioral healthcare field. This position is part-time with every other weekend rotation. Part-time would be two 12-hour shifts per week. The hours for this position are: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am (Two 12-hour shifts per week) OR 6:30pm - 11:00 pm (4-5 shifts per week) Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for 42 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA., our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Our mission is to provide high-quality behavioral health services in an environment that values service excellence, respect, and ethical standards, integrity, compassion, and teamwork.Job DutiesThe Mental Health Technician functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction and role modeling to patients ranging in ages from adolescent through geriatrics. All MHT's work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
