Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted therapy license
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
