Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do:
Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments of inmates
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support
Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate inmate treatment
Uphold clinical standards and ethical practices in mental health care
What You Need:
Required:
Valid license or certification in mental health care
U.S. citizenship (facility clearance requires 3 weeks)
Experience in mental health assessments and interventions
Preferred:
Prior work with inmate populations or in correctional health
Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
Strong communication and documentation skills
