At Wood Violet Recovery, recovery isn't just what we do-it's why we exist.

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Professional Counselor-In-Training (LPC-IT) to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing clinician who wants to gain meaningful experience providing therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while receiving supervision from experienced professionals as you work toward independent licensure.

Located in the rolling hills of southwest Wisconsin, our residential treatment center provides evidence-based care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Every day, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while continuing to grow your clinical skills.

Full-Time Schedule (choose one):

Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm

What You'll Do: Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate

Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment

Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your therapeutic skills

What You'll Bring: Active Wisconsin LPC-IT license (required).

Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field

Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Valid Wisconsin driver's license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Why Join Us? Clinical supervision to support your path toward independent LPC licensure!

Quarterly performance bonus opportunity!

Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days!

401k with 3% company match!

PTO starts accruing on day one + paid holidays and sick time!

Free daily meal from our on-site kitchen!

Opportunity to gain valuable experience treating both substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders!

At Wood Violet Recovery, we believe in the power of people-and that includes our team. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive environment for all.
