Clinicians Needed At Brightways Counseling Group
We're hiring clinicians at multiple locations across Oregon! Brightways Counseling Group is currently hiring dedicated clinicians at our Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside (Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, and Salem locations. Position: W-2 Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) Clinicians Deserve Clarity, Stability, and Support. Full-time schedules are 28 or more scheduled appointments weekly. You have the option to do this in 4 days instead of 5. This gives you an opportunity for 3 days each week to enjoy rest and have fun. Also, 28 scheduled appointments each week set you up for success so that any cancellations won't keep you from completing the expected 22 completed sessions per week. Want to see more and make more? As we mentioned before, a four-day workweek is absolutely an option - it is entirely up to you whether to see clients over four or five days. What We Are Looking For Active, independent professional licensure in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC). A passion for delivering exceptional clinical care and a desire to grow alongside a collaborative team. A preference for a secure, supportive W-2 group environment over the hustle of solo practice. Clinicians that value feedback from their clients and incorporate it in treatment.
