Mentors of color are strongly encouraged to apply.
Flexible Mentoring Schedule- ATC:
A one-year mentoring relationship
Participate in monthly virtual mentor trainings
Communicate with their mentee weekly
Engage in in-person opportunities through Spark/ATC programming.
Mentors will also receive ongoing support and access to Spark’s mentoring resources throughout the program.
