Job description
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Novice Nurse - Registered Nurse (less than 12 months of experience) to join its Novice Nurse Training Program. You will work one-on-one with a patient in the home setting, gaining hands-on experience in direct patient care, care management, vent/trach/g-tube management, and critical thinking under the 24/7 supervision of a clinical team.
You will receive mentorship, real-time feedback, and opportunities to develop clinical skills while earning a competitive hourly
