Job description
OptumCare is accepting applications for the Physician Pathways Program designed for final-year Primary Care Residents and Fellows. The program offers a structured transition from training into clinical practice within a national, multi-state care organization.
Participants will receive mentorship from experienced physicians, exposure to value-based care, and the opportunity to work across Optum Tri-State facilities in New Jersey or virtually, with a small time commitment each month.
