Job description
Alpaca Health in California is seeking RBTs to work in-person with children who have autism, in clients’ homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and track progress while building trusted relationships daily.
No RBT certification is required for many roles, but an active certification or a clear path to certification is supported, with mentorship from a BCBA from day one.
