Mentored RBT — In-Person ABA with Growth Path

Job description

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to join our network of independent ABA therapists. You’ll work one-on-one with kids in homes, classrooms, and communities, following a plan from a BCBA and collecting data to track progress.

We offer direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, not a corporate chain, with pathways toward BCBA certification. Full-time or part-time roles with mornings, afternoons, and evenings flexibility are available.
