Willow Valley Communities – The Manor Campus and The Lakes Campus - Lancaster & Willow Street, PA

We're looking for Full-Time Menu Dining Servers and Part-Time Menu Dining Servers to join our Culinary team. This is a permanent, year-round position-not seasonal

What You'll Do
Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room
Guide Residents through menu selections, daily specials, and dietary needs
Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system
Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care
Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience
Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting
Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed
Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets
Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas
What You Bring

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellent service
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
No experience? No problem! We provide training for the right candidate.
Schedules Available
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM/9:00 PM, 2-3 days/week, Monday through Friday + every other weekend & holiday (weekend shifts vary by location)
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 4 days Monday-Friday every other weekend & holiday
11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday + every other weekend & holiday
