Job Description: Location: 555 N Bourne Cir, Farmington, UT 84025. Employment Type: Full Time, including Saturday shift.

The General Manager is an experienced professional who leads strategy, daily operations, profitability and teams of the dealership. They develop and support action plans with department heads, engage staff, and provide exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Meet organizational targets and motivate leaders to focus on exceptional customer service.
Develop action plans to achieve operational targets.
Coordinate hiring, performance evaluations and goal setting with corporate HR.
Lead daily operations, recommend improvements and analyze sales, profit and expenses.
Review aged receivables and approve write‑off adjustments.
Explain policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
Review the monthly financial statement for accuracy.
Hold regular meetings with department managers to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Partner with the internal Marketing team to create effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
Business degree or equivalent work experience.
Five years of supervisory experience.
Prior General Manager experience preferred.
Superior business acumen; ability to implement strategies for marketplace advantage.
Strong drive for development and training of managerial staff.
Supports dealership staff career path designs and development goals.
