Job Title: Merchandise Analyst - Mid-Level
Location: Framingham, MA - Hybrid
Join our team as a Merchandise Analyst, where you\'ll play a vital role in supporting markdown and merchandise operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the markdown calendar for all events and timelines.
Ensure accuracy in markdown files for new store openings and system updates.
Oversee the entry of auto-close dates and manage markdown authorizations.
Handle markdown extension requests and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to align markdown strategies with merchandising goals.
Act as a liaison between merchandising, planning, and store operations teams.
Skills / Qualifications
Expertise in retail operations and markdown processes.
Strong analytical skills for data consolidation and interpretation.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Excel (required) and Power BI (preferred).
