Job description
Rio Rancho LLC is seeking a Merchandise Lead to support daily retail and merchandise operations for the New Mexico Goatheads season. The role includes managing weekday Team Store hours, customer service, POS transactions, inventory control, and supervision of game-day staff during home games and events.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of balancing store duties with fast-paced event needs. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
